Frank Rodriguez is Chairman of Miramar Group and Chairman Emeritus of Corporate Creations. He serves on the board of directors of several private companies. He is a member of YPO and Florida Council of 100, which are prestigious networks of business leaders. He is a contributing author and editor of the first edition of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations published by Prentice Hall. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur when he founded Corporate Creations in 1993, he worked as a corporate attorney at the predecessor to Squire Patton Boggs in West Palm Beach, Florida. He served on the board of directors of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He received his J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and he is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where he received his B.A. degree in Economics. Frank and his college sweetheart reside in Jupiter, Florida. They have two sons. Frank and his family have visited all seven continents, and Frank has visited 42 states and 55 countries.
Dillon Hall-Rodriguez is a principal of Miramar Group. He graduated from Florida State University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Riley Hall-Rodriguez is a principal of Miramar Group. He graduated from Florida State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree focused on Computer Science, Mathematics and Economics.
